How to Order: Website Shopping Cart: Follow the website prompts. Several choices
of payments are available. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. For phone
orders, call 631-473-0400 Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to
6:00 pm eastern time. Faxed orders can be received Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00
pm at 631-473-0431.
Shipping: Shipping charges include processing, packaging, shipping and insurance
costs. Shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. All items
are shipped pre-paid via UPS ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air
to street addresses within the continental United States only. Customer must
call or e-mail to arrange for shipping and rates by United States Postal Service
to P.O. Box addresses and shipments outside of the continental United States.
Please allow two to four weeks to receive your order within the continental United
States. Delivery times apply to in-stock merchandise only.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders, Traveler's
Checks or Western Union Money Transfer Services in US funds. Payment outside
the continental United States must be by International Money Order in US funds
or through Western Union Money Transfer Services.
All sales are final on electronic equipment, gas masks, filters and all used
military items.
We will accept returns for exchange or refunds within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please call 631-473-0400 for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to enclose
the return slip provided. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment. All
returns must be in as-sold condition, in the original box or packaging, with
all tags, accessories, manuals and warranties in place. Double box item(s) for
return, ship pre-paid via UPS or US Postal Service. We recommend tracking numbers
and insuring the return. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside
of the box and address the package "Attention Customer Service."
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
